Definitions
From here on “We”, “Us”, “TCA”, “Our” will refer to TheCraftingAnt.
General use:
You as a customer are a guest on the TCA website. By using the site you agree with General Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, it’s your own responsibility to leave.
General product use:
TCA is not responsible for the use of its products. Damages by regular or faulty use are the responsibility of the customer.
Information on the website:
The TCA website may contain errors/mistakes in pictures, colours, text and size. Although we try to keep this at a minimum it may occur. And the TCA cannot be held responsible. If you see any error/mistakes please contact us. Info@TheCraftingAnt.com
Pricing:
The TCA can change prices on the website at any time without notice. This includes shipping and discounts.
Age:
Our site and products are meant for people from 13 years and above. If you are younger ask a parent or guardian.
Rules on age can differ per country. This is not the responsibility of TCA.
Shipping:
We try to send the orders within 7 workdays. When this is extended for lets say holidays this will be announced on the website. For international orders and shipping there can be extra costs for customs or duties. These costs are for the customer and not TCA. If packages are lost or damaged, please contact us by mail (Info@thecraftingant.com) so we can open a case.
Warranty:
Products have 2 month warranty after arrival. If there is something wrong contact us at Info@thecraftingant.com. Please add your order number, pictures and description of the problem. Without this information we are not able to help.
Returns
The policy on returns is 30 days after receiving the order at your address. After 30 days the return policy does not apply and a refund or exchange will not be possible.
You must contact us within these 30 days by mail (info@thecraftingant.com)
The goods must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received them.
You are responsible for good packaging for returns.
You are responsible for the shipping cost of the returned products.
If goods or packages are lost during this shipping its your responsibility.
Special product like none stock colours, engravings, etc are not allegeable for returns.
Refunds (If applicable)
Once an order or product is returned and inspected, we will notify you by email. We will notify you if the products or complete order is approved. Note that original shipping cost and money transfer cost will not be refunded.
Cancelling orders:
In the case you want to cancel your order. Please contact us by mail (info@thecraftingant.com) Note that if there are costs already made this will be deducted from the amount refunded. This includes money transfer costs, etc.
Copyright:
It is not allowed to use pictures/images/information for the TCA website without permission.
It is not allowed to copy products from TCA without permission.
Links:
TCA is not responsible for reviewing content on linked sites. Leaving TheCraftingAnt.com through a link is at your own risk.
